Family tradition of Cábů mark
The products of cold cuisine, carrying the Cábů mark, have been writing a history of more than twenty years already. Our family firm from the South Bohemian town of Křemže, situated at the foothills of Blanský les, is experiencing gradual entry of the second generation already.
South Bohemia is a region of inventive and industrious people, with tradition of authentic agriculture and with a landscape that has fortunately suffered only little damage. Our effort is aimed at making maximal use of those preconditions.
Local fresh agricultural products, care for high quality of work, continuous improvement of recipes, high personal engagement, both physical and mental involvement have transformed our company from small local production shop with an area of 40 m2 into one of the biggest manufacturers of its kind in the region, with distribution network all over the Czech Republic. To ensure first-class freshness of our products, we produce in two shifts, and therefore our products can be delivered immediately.
The new modern production sheds and warehouses of our company have been built according to the strictest OHS criteria and EU standards. The production shed meets the conditions for BRC and Tesco Standard certification. The current range of products with the Cábů mark includes baguettes, big and small open sandwiches, platters, aspic and spicy products, salads, spreads and cottage cheese desserts.
